Overview

We have been commissioned by Lenz Construction Company to create a promotional video that will showcase the company’s expertise in building ADU units. The goal is to raise awareness among potential customers interested in adding an ADU to their property, while highlighting Lenz Construction’s unique ability to not only construct these units, but also provide expert design services that ensure each project is functional, beautiful, and tailored to the homeowner’s vision.

Challenges & Approach

We worked closely with the owners of Lenz Construction Company to understand their brand, values, and vision. From there, we crafted creative concepts and visuals that showcase their expertise in building and designing ADU units, capturing both their craftsmanship and personalized approach.

The result

The end result was a punchy and informative video featuring cinematic shots of Lenz Construction’s completed ADU project, paired with engaging narration that clearly conveyed who they are and what they do. The video effectively highlighted their expertise in both building and design, leaving potential clients with a strong understanding of their capabilities and sparking interest in future projects.
